SUST is an organisation for users of drug and alcohol treatment services in Gloucestershire. Its main function is to empower service users to become involved in the planning process of services. To give service users a voice that is listened to and acted upon. Through consultation we can identify gaps in services and help agencies become more accessible for those that need them and deliver more effective treatment.

Service User Involvement

Service User Involvement allows Service Users opinions to be voiced, listened to and acted upon. Asking Service Users for their views on drug services makes sense.

It helps to make sure that drug and alcohol services are effective and useful to the people who use them.
